OSHC Team

Responsible Persons

Our Responsible Persons are trusted team members who have been carefully assessed for their suitability and have willingly accepted this important leadership role. They are rostered on each session to support the OSHC Management team by providing guidance and direction to staff during daily operations, ensuring that programmed activities are delivered smoothly and effectively. Our Responsible Persons help maintain a safe, organised, and engaging environment for both children and staff.

Educators

Our OSHC Educators are a dedicated and diverse team who play a vital role in creating a safe, engaging, and nurturing environment for children. Whether they are experienced staff, university students training in education, or College team members with a dual role, each educator brings unique strengths and fresh perspectives to the program. We see OSHC as a valuable training ground for future educators, and all team members work closely with the OSHC Management team to deliver high-quality care and enriching experiences that support each child’s experience at 91¾ÅÉ« OSHC.

Inclusion Support Educators

Our Inclusion Support Educators are valued team members employed above the standard educator-to-child ratio to ensure that children with additional needs are fully supported to participate in all aspects of the OSHC program and daily routines. They work closely with the broader team to provide individualised assistance, foster inclusion, and create an environment where every child feels safe, supported, and able to thrive.
